At Woven Kin Home, we take great care in preparing and packaging each item before it begins its journey to you. We always strive to use eco-friendly materials whenever possible to minimize our impact. Please review our recently updated shipping guidelines below.
U.S. Shipping
Good news: We now cover all duties and import fees for our U.S. customers—so your order will arrive with no surprise charges at the door.
Due to recent U.S. tariff changes and the removal of import exemptions, we’re currently only able to ship orders over $500 USD. As a token of our appreciation, we offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $1,000 USD.
Please note that customs processing has become less predictable because of recent changes and border slowdowns. While we ship your order promptly, significant delays at the border are becoming more common and are outside our control. We appreciate your patience as your order makes its way to you.
Domestic Shipping (Canada)
Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders over $800 CAD.
Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed at our studio in Hamilton, Ontario.

Orders are typically shipped without a signature requirement. If you prefer to have your package delivered with a required signature, please email us immediately after placing your order.
Once a package is marked as delivered, Woven Kin Home is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur after delivery.
International Shipping
We’re pleased to offer worldwide shipping. For a custom shipping quote outside of North America, please contact us at hello@wovenkinhome.com.

Buyers outside of North America are responsible for all taxes, duties, and import tariffs imposed by their country.

Once your package has crossed the Canadian border, we recommend tracking it closely. In many countries, duties and taxes can be paid online for a smoother, faster delivery process.

Woven Kin Home is not responsible for international packages once they have left North America.
