Shipping policy

Please allow 3-5 business days for packing and shipping of your item(s).  Reach out to us at hello@wovenkinhome.com if you need your package expedited and we can give you a shipping quote for a faster service.

Items ship from Canada (Hamilton, ON).  After package arrives at your location, Woven Kin Home is not responsible for what happens to it from that point forward.  We typically ship with NO signature required so please let us know immediately after placing your order if you'd like to have a signature required for your shipment.

International Shipping:  

We are pleased to announce that we ship worldwide!  Please contact us at hello@wovenkinhome.com for a custom shipping quote.

International customers are responsible for tracking the package to make sure it arrives safely at its destination.  We are not responsible for the package once it leaves North America.  If you would like to purchase insurance on your shipment, please let us know and we can give you a quote.
